• Embroidered crosses symbolize the crucifixion wounds suffered by Christ
• CompassRose (Seal of the Anglican Communion) symbol at center of Fair Linen includes Greek text from John 8:32, “The truth shall make you free”
• CompassRose symbols embroidered in ice white color, all other crosses are white
• Typically cut to fit the altar "exactly" from front to back, and to hang over the sides to a point at least one-third the distance to the floor - 18" is a common end drop length
